T.J.M. Building and Maintenance
T.J.M. Building and Maintenance have just completed a major renovation project at my home, 10 Glebe Court, Highfield, Southampton. The work included stripping and felting he roof, rebuilding a chimney brest, taking down and rebuilding an outer wall including the rebuilding of an intricate parapet wall, new windows and full central heating. The building work is subject to Article 4 Conservation and the work was carried out under the close scrutiny of the building inspector.

I cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism and dedication of all the T.J.M. team under the supervision of Martin Baddams.

Martin, the proprietor, is himself a man of the highest standards and expects those standards to be reflected in the quality of the work his team produces. The standards were met at every stage of the project and furthermore the works were started and completed to the forecast time scale.

T.J.M. Groundwork and Building Contractors Limited have undertaken various projects for our Company on a number of occasions, whether it is in the local vicinity or further a field. We have found them to be efficient and courteous, with good practices and well supervised Health & Safety, indicating the professionalism of the company.

The are currently undertaking a total refurbishment project to an Industrial Unit at Eastleigh, involving the removal of low grade fibre cement sheets to the roof and replacing with composite panels. Forming new offices within the building, laying new mains drainage and all other building works connected with this project.

Although the works are currently ongoing, they have proceeded so far, without delay and in accordance with our specified time scale.
